The characteristics

Additive manufacturing (3D printing) involves creating objects by adding material layer by layer based on a digital model.
These various processes make it possible to produce parts from a variety of materials (plastics, metals, composites).

Thanks to 3D printing, we can produce complex shapes—some of which would be impossible to achieve using traditional methods (e.g., machining)—while keeping your costs under control (no fixed costs).

Design boundaries are being pushed, giving you more freedom in both creativity and customization of your designs.

Incorporating additive manufacturing into your planning will enable you to achieve decentralized, on-demand production without the need for large inventories. You’ll be able to eliminate the constraints you currently face and save time by reimagining and optimizing the objects you use.

There are numerous areas of application, including industrial prototyping and the production of finished parts in the watchmaking and automotive industries, as well as in design, etc.

Additive manufacturing encompasses a wide range of new technologies that are constantly evolving. We provide you with personalized support and share our expertise in this field to help you achieve your goals.

PA12

PA12 (Polyamide 12, also known as Nylon 12) is the material most commonly used in the MJF process due to its mechanical and aesthetic properties, which are highly valued in the industry.
The part is built layer by layer, using unfused powder as a support, which eliminates the need for additional supports and allows for the creation of complex geometries. The resulting parts exhibit excellent mechanical strength (impact, wear, abrasion, etc.), comparable to that of injection molding. The part is robust in all directions, including along the Z-axis.
Furthermore, no support structures are required, allowing for complete design freedom, even for complex shapes or non-disassemblable assemblies.

UHD Acrylic

UHD (Ultra High Definition) acrylic resin is a photopolymer resin used in 3D printers. Its formula is designed to provide extreme precision, fine details, and superior surface quality.
It is possible to produce parts with sharp contours and dimensions that are true to the original 3D model, even for complex geometries and small dimensions (prototyping, jewelry, fittings, etc.). Parts produced using UHD resin have a very smooth finish, reducing the need for post-processing and improving both aesthetics and functionality.
This surface quality and precision are consistent across parts, which is essential for limited-run manufacturing or the production of jigs and fixtures.
